Thanking for choosing our family run dance school to serve your family! Our policies are designed with your comfort and safety in mind. We are also a business who employs many hard-working faculty members, and our business practices are designed to protect both you and our business.

Your Account

We provide you with an account which contains information regarding your fees, your class schedule and more. You can access your account using the PARENT LOGIN button on our website. Use Forgot Password if you are locked out.

Dress Code

Our dress code promotes safety and ease of movement. Most importantly, proper shoes are required for each style of dance. For more information, visit out WHAT TO WEAR page.

Bad Weather

In the event of bad weather, we will send an email with studio closing information. We do not always follow your school system. If we close, we do so for safety reasons. Due to the limited number of classes in our season, we are not able to add classes when bad weather arises. There are no refunds or pro-ration for classes cancelled due to bad weather.

Need to Miss A Class?

We know family life gets busy! If your dancer is sick or unable to attend class, you can report an absence using the REPORT ABSENCE button on our website. Because you occupy a valuable space in our class, make-up class opportunities are limited. Call within 2 weeks of the absence. A make-up class on another day/time MAY be available early in the season. Beginning February 1st, each class works on a unique recital dance, and make-up classes are not available. Refunds and pro-rations are not available.

Not Loving the Class?

If the class is not what you or your child expected, allow us to suggest a class in another style of dance. In the event you are unable to continue, email us with you intent to drop the class. No further billing will occur. Because you purchased space in a class that has limited number spots, there are no refunds on tuition paid, or pro-rating for missed classes due to cancellation. Credits may be available depending on circumstances. Call our team at 608-819-6501 for assistance.

CLASSROOM POLICIES

For the safety and comfort of all students and the instructor, please review the following policies with your dancer before attending class:

  • Cell phones must be set to silence or turned off, and stowed inside a dance bag. Students are discouraged from using cell phones during class. Texting during class is prohibited.

  • If a dancer is more than 5 minutes late to class, they may be asked to warm up at the back of the room before participating in class. Missing the warm-up portion of class creates a situation where injuries are likely to occur.

  • If your dancer comes to class with an injury, please send a note with them to let the instructor know your expectations of their participation in class.
